KeelWit finished the first phase of a project in sport equipment recycling

World Sport Recycling designs, develops and sets up procedures for improved recycling of the equipment used in different sports. Its mission is to create environmentally friendly practices among all actors in sports world: clubs, training centers, sports brands, sport equipment manufacturers and retailers. WSR hired KeelWit Technology to design a method to extend the use of tennis or padel balls through a recycling process, once they have lost the necessary internal pressure. WSR, through its brand Balooia, shall start the production of repressuring devices that shall recover the rebouncing properties needed for correct playing conditions once the balls have lost their brand-new properties. KeelWit has performed different tests with bespoke devices created for this project, searching for the most sensitive parameters to play with, in order to achieve such goal. KeelWit speaker in a roundtable about internacionalization for start-ups

Madri+d Network is an institution that clusters public & private institutions,entrepreneurs and companies within Madrid region. One of its branches,  Fundación madri+d , is focused in enhancing R&D in Madrid region, and it invited KeelWit Technology to become a speaker in the roundtable set up to discuss on “Different strategies for start-up’s internacionalization”. The session was held in the Círculo de Bellas Artes, a major multidisciplinary centre with one of the most active cultural programmes in Madrid. The two other speakers, 24 Symbols and Pharmactive Biotech Products, explained their use of Internet as a tool for offering their products abroad. KeelWit Technology explained how, although having Spanish clients, its projects have always been on international projects (thermal solar plant in the USA), or aimed at products that either are international due to their characteristics (robots for windmill blade cleaning, sport equipment recycling techniques or CHP generation plants) or have broader markets abroad (electric bicycles or electric tricycles for Last Mile Delivery). KeelWit Technology is again involved in Programa Inicia, developed by Fundación Rafael del Pino for a second year

As last year, KeelWit Technology has been selected by Fundación Rafael del Pino to take part in Inicia program. Energy efficiency project for a chemical plant

KeelWit has started a new project for the improvement of energy efficiency in the production process of a chemical plant, world leader in its industry. The study seeks the thermal flow optimization of several lines within the process, allowing the improvement of the energy efficiency of the whole process and reducing the energy required per ton produced. Some of the tasks included are finding the hottest flows in the process that can interchange their heat with colder flows, minimizing the energy required to heat the latter through Heat Recovery Systems....
