As Antonio Hernández, General Manager of Mining & Energy Policy has declared during 2011’s Annual Wind Energy Convention, that ended last June 8, the Ministry of Industry shall present before this summer to the National Energy Commission (CNE) the new draft on Wind Energy regulations.
He declared that “these new regulations shall guarantee a logical profitability for wind energy projects in order to keep our country’s wind energy industry as a global leader”.
